Fees at Risedale

We take care to ensure that we charge the most competitive prices possible for the service we provide to our residents. In fact, all of our fees are identical to those charged by the local authority

Fees should be paid by Direct Debit and vary depending on the degree of care and accommodation required. We do take individual circumstances into consideration and we will be happy to talk to you about fees in more detail if you wish.

Complaints

Please tell us in the first instance. Small problems can sometimes be solved easily.

A copy of our Complaints Procedure is in the Service Users Guide which you will be given a copy on your admission to Risedale.
